MID technicians are always ready to assist customers with installation and installation is completely free.

How is the product warranted?

If I want to install multiple units for all vehicles in the family, can I get any discount?
For customers who want to install multiple devices for family vehicles, MID will have a promotional price to support. Please contact sdt: 0907.019.069 to get the best quote for potential customers.

What guarantees my rights when a defective device causes other damage to the vehicle or causes an explosion in the vehicle?
If there is a condition where the device damages or causes fire or explosion to the vehicle, MID will research, negotiate and compensate you. Therefore, customers can be assured of MID's responsibility for the products.

What is the delivery and receipt time?
- Delivery during business hours (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) from Monday to Saturday. If you have any request to receive goods outside of the above hours, please submit a request at the time of purchase. - In case the expected delivery time cannot be met due to objective/subjective reasons, we will contact the customer to renegotiate. - Depending on each area, there will be different delivery times. For Ho Chi Minh City areas and neighboring provinces, you will receive the goods from 1-3 days. For other areas, you will receive the goods in 3-7 days.
